Yoga is a form of physical and mental exercise involving bodily postures and breath control. The children thoroughly enjoy practicing this art with our trained yoga teacher once a week. It helps the children become aware of their body and strengthens their control of movement, thus encouraging the development of self-discipline. The practice of yoga also aids in relaxation and balance. Of course, the best part for the children is having their own mat!
