Here’s how Christina makes her Avacodo Banana Chocolate Pudding with her son. It sounds and looks delicious!
Ingredients:
6 large ripe avocados
5 ripe bananas
1/2 can of coconut milk (can substitute with any milk of preference)
1/2 C of cocoa powder
1/2 C of raw agave syrup
Pinch of salt
3 tsp of vanilla extract
Method:
Place all ingredient in a large bowl. Use a potato masher to gradually blend the ingredients together. Complete pudding by blending with a hand mixer. Chill in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour, then serve chilled.
This recipe makes a fairly large bowl and Christina divides it into smaller containers to share with their neighbours. What a great way to display generosity and sharing. Sharing is caring!
