Oatmeal and Yogurt Bread With Maria!

Maria baked delicious oatmeal and yogurt bread for Saint Patrick’s Day! She wanted to share their very special family recipe.

Oatmeal and Yogurt Bread

Ingredients
★ 1 large tub of yogurt (500ml)
★ 1 beaten egg
★ 1tbsp honey
★ 12oz (300g) Oatmeal
★ 2 tsp baking soda
★ 2 tbsp mixed seeds (optional)

Method
★ Place the yogurt, beaten egg and honey in a bowl and mix well.
★ Mix the oats, bread soda and seeds (optional) and stir thoroughly.
★ Place in a greased loaf tin.
★ Bake at 180℃ / 350℉ / Gas mark 4 for 30minutes
★ Lower temperature to 150℃/ 300℉ Gas mark 2 for a further 30 minutes

➢ If you feel adventurous add some dried fruit or you can chop some dried tomatoes and basil for a savoury version.
