Chicken Tenders Recipe

Ingredients
454 g/1 lb Chicken Breast Tenderloins
1 tsp Salt (for chicken)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
136 g/1 C All Purpose Flour (gluten free if desired)
1 Egg
63 g/ 2 1/2 C Corn Flakes cereal
1/4 tsp Salt (for breading)
Cooking Spray
Method:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place flour in a medium bowl.
In a second bowl, whisk egg until smooth.
In a third bowl, combine crushed corn flakes and salt.
Coat chicken thoroughly in flour, then dip it in beaten egg.
Place chicken in bowl of corn flakes, and turn it until evenly coated.
Transfer chicken to baking sheet and repeat for each remaining piece.
Spray chicken liberally on one side with cooking spray.
Bake chicken tenders for 13 – 15 minutes on middle rack of oven, until they are beginning to brown.
Flip chicken and spray once more with cooking spray. Continue baking for an additional 12 – 15 minutes, until crust is golden and crispy and chicken is cooked through.
Check to see that chicken is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
Allow chicken tenders to cool slightly.
Transfer to a plate and serve.

Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients
A bunch of Green Beans
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
6 cloves of Garlic, minced
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Spread green beans out on pan.
Drizzle oil over the beans.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese over the green beans.
Toss the green beans to coat with the mixture.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, turning them at about 12 minutes.
Enjoy together with your chicken tenders or as a side with anything else!
