Printable Cucumber Chips Recipe
Baked Garlic and Paprika Cucumber Chips
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 170°F.
Slice cucumbers thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
Pat cucumbers dry and add them to the bowl. Mix well with garlic powder and paprika.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay cucumbers flat with a bit of space in between.
Bake for 3-4 hours.
Remove the cucumbers from the oven once dried and crispy.
