Fall is here! Let us start it off with a fun and easy sunflower art!
For this activity you will need:
scissors
yellow and green construction paper
clear glue
paper plate
black paint with glue
sunflower seeds
Your final product: A beautiful flower!
Using the yellow construction paper, cut 7 (or how many you’d like) sunflower petals. Then with the green construction paper, cut out the stem of the sunflower. Once you have 7 yellow petals and 1 green stem, use clear glue to stick the petals and stem to the back of the paper plate and let it dry. Once everything is dried up, paint the paper plate with the black paint and glue mixture. Once the paper plate is painted, you can start covering the plate with sunflower seeds or you can use anything else you have. Be creative! Once your art is done and dried admire your beautiful sunflower masterpiece!
