During the summer months, the Casa classrooms participate in summer programming. The children enjoy various craft activities such as making paper sunglasses, recycled art, ice painting, making paper boats, etc. We also have special days like pajama day and rainbow day (when we wear all the colours of the rainbow). Sprinkler days and dance parties happen each week as well as making special snack like smoothies and fresh lemonade. Below is a picture of our ‘milking the cow’ activity. We learned all about where cow’s milk comes from and each friend got to experience ‘milking a cow’.
