Ingredients
1 bunch of kale leaves with the stems cut off
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix the kale, salt, and garlic powder with enough oil to just coat all the leaves. Use your hands to make sure every leaf is evenly covered.
2. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F until crispy, approximately 15 minutes.
