Making Ice Cream With Stephanie!

Making ice cream

Stephanie made some delicious ice cream with her children and passed on this message:

Hello friends! I hope you are all doing well and please know that I am thinking of you and cannot wait to see you all again!

Alexander (7) and Arianna (3) love to help Mommy in the kitchen, especially when we make some sweet treats together. On this day, we decided to make simple homemade vanilla ice cream.
We made colourful unicorn ice cream!

Ice Cream:

Materials

2 bowls
Mixer/whisk
Large spoon
( you can use multiple bowls and spoons if creating colours)

Ingredients

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 Cup of sprinkles or other yummy
Additions you choose such as fruit or nuts.
2 Cups of whipping cream (473mL)

Directions

*In one bowl, add the condensed milk and vanilla. Also, add in any extra toppings you choose (about 1/2 cup or as much as you
desire).
*In another bowl, mix the whipping cream with a mixer or whisk until fluffy.
*Finally, add the whipped cream to the condensed milk mixture, folding the ingredients together gently.
*At this point, you can divide the mixture and add a few drops of food colouring into the various amounts. If you make different
colours, you simply layer them one on top of the other in your container, creating separate layers.
*When the mixture is ready, pour into a container and refrigerate for approximately 6 hours.

Enjoy!!!
