Bhoomi’s family loves to make and eat Mango Kulfi pops! Her children request them every week! Best of all, mango kulfi does not require any cooking. So refreshing as the weather is getting warmer and warmer!
Mango Kulfi Pops
Ingredients
1. Mango puree -1 cup
2. Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can (300ml)
3. Fresh whipping cream 35% – 1 carton (500ml)
4. Mango, diced
5. Optional: pistachios, almonds or walnuts, chopped – 1/2 cup
Recipe
1. Pour condensed milk, whipping cream, and mango puree into a blender and blend until everything combines.
2. Add chopped mango pieces, optional chopped pistachio, almond or walnut, and stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into a kulfi mould or popsicle moulds. (If using paper cups, place a popsicle stick inside each cup right away or preferably as the kulfi starts to harden).
4. Cover the moulds and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours.
5. Take the kulfi moulds out of the freezer.
6. Place the bottom part of the mould into a bowl of water. Gently pull the kulfi pops out and serve.
