food bank donations

Food Bank with Sue!

Sue and her grandkids wanted to help out their local food bank that was in need of donations. They were able to look through the food bank’s list of needed items. Together they drew a list of what they could donate. They gathered the items together. The kids helped to fill up the bags of groceries for drop off later that day. Cutting and Gluing Letters with Kriszanda!

In our situation where we have limited supplies at home, it is hard to go to the store to buy some supplies. By using old magazines, we can make some fun and creative crafts. One activity that the children will enjoy is cutting and gluing their names using the letters from magazines. This activity works on letter recognition and also developing the children’s fine motor skills by using a pair of scissors to cut the letters. Enjoy!
